Shipping policy

We ship worldwide and use economical shipping / supply chain service as our standard shipping method which can take 10 to 30 days depending on destination and customs clearance procedures for different countries.

Please note: DHL ecommerce / standard India post tracking number is provided on request both of the are not updated regularly so you may not be able to get real-time updates on shipping (you do not get tracking updates after the item is registered in most cases so please be patient). Unfortunately, once a package leaves India, the tracking number is no longer updated and it is quite literally out of our hands. It also depends upon on how long it takes your country's customs office to process incoming packages. In rare cases we have seen it take up to 50 days. Also, please try checking your local post office and make sure it is not being held for customs.

Supply chain service has no tracking number until it reaches the destination / mid-way forwarding hub which is in most cases Germany. Most of the mid-size shipments i.e. body kits, fuel tanks etc. and other items are sent through supply chain service unless paid additional for faster shipping.

Big size retail shipments i.e. over 30kgs (volumetric weight) are sent to your nearest international airport only. You will have to collect the shipment from airport. No door delivery facility available. We can also ship through sea to save on shipping costs. Pick-up from docks, clearance etc. And inland shipping has to be arranged by the customer.

We also offer fast shipping through Fedex, TNT, DHL, Aramex etc. at additional costs. Please contact for more details on freight.

Approximate shipping / transit duration according to different shipping methods:
Supply chain service - 15 to 25 days depending on the destination country.
DHL ecommerce / India post - 10 to 40 days depending on the destination country and customs procedures. You may need to contact your local post office for updates.
Fedex / Aramex / DHL / TNT / UPS - 7 to 15 days.

Shipping to countries like Russia, New Caledonia, Ukraine, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, North Korea etc. Will fetch additional shipping cost. Contact us before you place an order so we can give you an exact shipping cost.

We are not responsible if the shipment is lost by the shipping company. However, we will do our best to locate the lost shipment (we will require your patience to get any information. It takes time to get any information from shipping companies).

Insurance can be added at additional cost to claim the loss (contact us for more details).

Note: we do not ship to p.o. box addresses. If we do not receive residential / office address within 3 days of ordering, we will ship the item whenever it is ready to the given p.o. box address but in that case, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item.

Important: we require phone numbers for all orders as this is compulsory for international shipments and is required by the shipping companies. You can send it to us through email to riderpitstop@yahoo.com after you place the order. We will however dispatch the shipment when it is ready even if we do not receive the phone number. There are chances that shipment will be lost and it will be difficult for shipping companies to contact you.

Note: you may need to pay import duties in your country. It can range from 0% to 150% or more of the total cost depending on the country. Please check with your import authorities for exact details. We are not responsible for any duties / penalties charged. If you do not pay import duties in your country and the item is held or returned, we will not be able to refund you the cost of the item, shipping cost and you will need to pay 5 times penalty on the shipping cost and return import duty charged in India.

Note: Incase the parcel is sent back due to receiver not available, duty unpaid or wrong address, we will not be responsible for any loss. We ship to PayPal address only. If you want us to send to any other address, please change the address in PayPal.
